ABOUT OPTILANT
We left enterprise.On purpose.
Optilant was not born from a business plan. It was born from a realisation: the rigour that runs a 10,000-person operation is exactly what a 50-person business needs to break through. And nobody was applying it.
THE ORIGIN
We spent 20 years solving problems most consultants only read about.
We operated inside ABB, DHL, and McKinsey-calibre environments. Robotics. Autonomous systems. Enterprise logistics. Problems where getting it wrong meant millions lost overnight.
We raised €9M+ from VC and PE funds across Europe and North America. Built and led a 39-person team. Delivered systems that ran 24/7 in warehouses where downtime was not an option.
Then we looked at the mid-market. Businesses doing €5M, €10M, €15M -with the same problems we solved at enterprise scale, but without the teams, the budgets, or the partners to fix them. That gap is Optilant.

Enterprise operations, not slides
We ran warehouses. We shipped product. We managed P&Ls. Every framework we use was tested under real operational pressure -not in a boardroom.
Capital markets fluency
We have structured deals, built investor-ready data rooms, and sat on both sides of the table. We understand what capital expects because we have raised it.
Technology we build ourselves
We do not recommend tools and leave. We architect AI systems, build custom software, and deploy automation infrastructure. The same hands that diagnose the problem build the fix.
Cross-border delivery
We have operated across 8 European markets and North America. Regulatory, cultural, and operational complexity is not new to us.
Full lifecycle experience
From pre-revenue startup to €50M+ enterprise. We have seen every stage of growth and know what breaks at each one.
HOW WE OPERATE
Principles, not process.
One point of contact.
You talk to the person doing the work. Not an account manager. Not a junior associate relaying messages.
Full accountability.
We own the outcome. Not just the deliverable. If it does not work, that is on us.
Speed over consensus.
We move fast. We expect you to as well. Three-month approval cycles kill momentum.
No dependencies.
When we leave, the system runs without us. We build machines, not consulting engagements.
Earned arrogance.
We are selective because the work demands it. Not every business is ready. We tell you if yours is not.
We do not work with everyone. See if there is a fit.
